Data deletion

September 2026. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, without an account or login. This page is for customers who ordered through WhatsApp from a restaurant that uses the Afaq Al Bayda system, and for anyone who sent a contact request on our website.
How to request deletion
Email us with the subject “Data deletion”, or message us on WhatsApp (links below). Include the WhatsApp number you used and, for restaurant orders, the restaurant name.
What we delete
Your number and your conversation with the ordering system, the delivery locations you shared, your order and rating history, and any contact request you sent on our website.
Timeframe
We complete the request within 30 days at most and confirm when it is done.
What is kept
Invoices and sales records that the restaurant must keep by law remain with the restaurant for the period required by Saudi regulations.
Your WhatsApp copy
Deleting data from our system does not delete the chat from your phone or from the restaurant’s WhatsApp Business app. Clear it in your app if you wish, and ask the restaurant to delete its copy.
